Founded in 1975, Vestel Communication was Turkey’s first consumer electronics company to produce tuners and remote control units for local and export markets. After joining the Vestel Group in 1996, the company focused its operations on set-top boxes, PCs, and electronic cards.
In 2001, Vestel Communication formed its own R&D team to develop new products in line with digital technologies.
The company’s production lines use state-of-the art SMD machinery and the latest generation of testing and alignment equipment. Manual and automatic testing is complemented by statistical process controls. Since 1998, the company has been operating in compliance with ISO 9002 certification.
To respond to the growing demand for its products, Vestel Communication is rapidly expanding both its production capacity and product range. The second factory has been opened in Vestel City, Manisa in 2004.
The success of Vestel Communication reflects its long experience in consumer electronics sector and in-house engineering expertise. The company’s aim is to position itself as one of the leading manufacturers for digital appliances. Declaring its quality policy as unconditional satisfaction of customers, Vestel Communication accomplishes this through full contribution of its employees.
